Voting is not merely a right; it's a solemn responsibility to uphold democracy's principles. Electing leaders who uphold values of integrity, respect for law, and democratic norms is paramount. Why would I support anyone who disregards alliances, disrespects law, and undermines democracy? A leader's character matters; their words and actions shape our nation's fabric. We cannot ignore the warning signs of autocracy nor condone those who seek power at any cost. Our duty as citizens demands accountability, justice, and unwavering defense of democratic ideals. In the ballot box, we affirm our commitment to a nation built on principles of justice and equality.

Whether we like a candidate's policy positions or not, voting for ANY candidate who says and thinks such things is against our best interests. And in short, anti-American. 

If we wish to maintain our democracy and the rule of law, we should only support candidates who reflect the values of our democracy.
